FRIENDS OF THE NEW HANOVER COUNTY PUBLIC LIBRARY

The Friends of the New Hanover County Public Library consists in members who support its mission and pay its annual membership fee.

Every member is entitled to participate each fall in our annual membership meeting. A member at this meeting may nominate and vote on the organization's officers and Board of Directors. Members may also propose and vote on changes in the bylaws and future plans of the organization.

The Friends of the Library uses its membership dues to support library programs and facilities.

Only members may shop and buy books at the Members Preview on the first day of our used book sale.
